Wedding Day Jewelry...

This weekend I ventured out to the mall with my mommy in order to finally find her MOB {Momma of the Bride} outfit and my wedding day jewelry. We visited Macys, Nordstrom, and Saks Fifth Avenue. As for the MOB outfit, my mom's been eyeing some pieces in the Adrianna Pappell collection {Great MOB stuff by the way} while I was having a hard time with Jewelry.

Macys- Has some great pearl items and some nice jewelry in the 'Givenchy' collection but other than that, the stuff kindda sucks and looks pretty fake. Either the jewelry is way too shiny and looks really cheap or it's way too dark and looks corroded.

Saks- Has great wedding day jewelry but nothing that really took my breath away or looked fabulous because I was looking for a larger/longer hanging pair of earrings.

Nordstrom- I hit the jackpot! I LOVE their 'Nadri' collection. They have beautiful and relatively affordable pieces. After about an hour of trying on a million pieces and mixing and matching I finally walked away with my wedding day earrings and a bracelet. Here is a compilation of some of my favorite pieces ...

Hooray for getting things done. Now onto petal cones, escort tags, place cards, more DIY paper projects, painting,and the list goes on and on and on and on............
